Dave is an Eisner and Inkpot Award-winning illustrator and Bram Stoker/Int'l Horror Guild Award-winning writer/creator who specializes in a dynamic-realism style of traditional oil painting. He was voted the #1 Star Wars Artist of All Time by the fans in the late '80s and my art book "Star Wars: The Art of Dave Dorman" was a top selling art book, also used as a college textbook at Northern Illinois University by illustration professor Mark Nelson. He has done toy design for HASBRO (G.I. Joe, Micronauts, Alien action figures) and aartwork for Magic: The Gathering, World of Warcraft trading cards, Dungeons & Dragons, Topps trading cards, Upper Deck trading cards, Alien v.
