A. T. Pratt

A. T. Pratt is a cartoonist, professor, and paper engineer born and raised in New York City. He makes self-published comics and paper crafts of all shapes and sizes, often including handmade special features like pop-ups and fold-outs. The comics range in genre from horror, autobio, self help and personal fitness to "funny animals" and more. He has been self-publishing since his sophomore year of college at Rhode Island School of Design in 2010. He started teaching after school comics classes for kids in 2018 and then started teaching college comics and self publishing classes at Montclair State University in 2019, as well as comics classes at School of Visual Arts since 2022. Pratt was awarded MoCCA Awards of Excellence in 2022 for Little Brothers #666: Andy Goes to Hell, and in 2023 for Healthy Body?! Healthy Brain!!. In 2018, he won the RISD Craft Emerging Artist Award, a distinction given to an alumni participating in the alumni/student art sale who graduated in the last ten years.
