Russ Braun
Russ started working in comics in 1989 at DC Comics. His work included everything from Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight to Swamp Thing, Animal Man, JLA, and War of the Gods. At DC he worked some of the all time comic artist greats including Joe Orlando, Carmine Infantino, Jose Luis Garcia Lopez and George Perez.
After leaving DC Russ worked for 7 years at Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida on the films Mulan, Tarzan, Emperor’s New Groove, Lilo&Stitch and Brother Bear. In 2004 he returned to New York and comics 24/7. He has worked for all the major companies producing: Fables, Jack of Fables, Fairest and Sixpack & Dogwelder: Hard-Travelin’ Heroez, for DC/Vertigo, Hellstorm: Son of Satan, and Where Monsters Dwell for Marvel, and Battlefields and The Boys with Garth Ennis for Dynamite.
